Sterling DCS

Connect SharePoint to Sterling for Smarter Takeoff and Connected Project Information

The Microsoft SharePoint integration enables project teams to connect SharePoint document libraries directly with Sterling. Users can access and import project documents, 2D drawings and 3D models into Sterling for digital takeoff, estimating and cost planning workflows without relying on manual downloads or disconnected storage systems.

By linking project documentation directly to estimates and cost plans, teams can improve accuracy, reduce duplication and maintain stronger visibility between project information and commercial data. Drawings, specifications and model references remain connected to relevant estimating items, supporting more efficient collaboration across project and commercial teams.

The integration also supports document revision management workflows. When updated files are published within SharePoint, Sterling can identify revised drawings and documents to help teams manage changes more effectively. This reduces the risk of using outdated project information and improves confidence in estimating and takeoff activities.
